3. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Papaya Palette. Our trademarks and brand identity may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. Payment and Billing

Certain services are offered for a fee. You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge the applicable fees via our third-party payment processors. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Papaya Palette, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
